The compound effect is the principle that small, smart choices and consistent actions can lead to significant results over time. The formula here is “Small, smart choices + Consistency + Time = Radical difference” according to Darren Hardy, the author of the book “The Compound effect - jumpstart your income, your life and your success” .

The compound effect is always working. This is the effect Enrich aims to generate for all Enrichers: assist you to gain knowledge and improve skills, support you to take actions and create opportunities to you as much as we can!

To gain positive compounding effect for radial change, the first question we should ask ourselves is not “what is the goal or what to do” but “who do I need to become”. If you never think of becoming a leader you will never end of being a leader.
